County stabilized top 6″ of new 12″ aggregate base with BASE ONE®.
County added 5″ bituminous surface.
County was able to omit 3″ of aggregate base material by using a structural layer coefficient number given to BASE ONE® through test results, thus saving the county $499,500 on the 9 mile project.
